He is a specialist in structuring of Brazilian Football Corporations (SAFs – Sociedades Anônimas do Futebol) for professional Brazilian football clubs, as well as in wealth and succession planning and family governance.

He holds MBAs in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Ohio University (USA), a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Gama Filho, and executive certifications from the Executive Development Program (PDD) and the Board Members Development Program (PDC) at Fundação Dom Cabral.

He is a partner of Universidade do Futebol, Director and Chairman of the Deliberative Council of Instituto Galo, Vice President of ALAGRO (Latin American Academy of Agribusiness), and an ambassador of the “Crie o Impossível” initiative.

He holds a Postdoctoral degree, a PhD, and a master’s degree in accounting and controllership from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is a specialist in Tax Planning and Tax Management from IBEP.

He was the recipient of the 2021 CAPES Award and his postdoctoral article was nominated for the Brenno Galli Award of the Italian Society of Economic Law.

He has taught at several universities and institutions, including UFMG, IEC/PUC, UniBH, Novos Horizontes, and IETEC, and currently lectures at Ibmec. He is a former member of the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF), of the Federal Ministry of Finance, and member of the Tax Reform Working Group of the Parliamentary Front for Entrepreneurship.
